Just a few hours after announcing the KG K50, the South Korean company launches a new budget entry range with Android Go as the main feature, the LG K20. This terminal has basic features, but with a very interesting price for those looking for a mobile to browse social networks, WhatsApp and little else. These are all the features and functions that this entry phone offers.
The LG K20 is a compact mobile, only 5.45 inches. Of course, it has a 18: 9 format that makes it somewhat longer, but thanks to this we achieve the wide-screen effect, which allows us to see content adapted to this format, such as movies or series. The device is constructed of polycarbonate, with a polycarbonate back and slightly rounded corners. On the back we only see the main camera accompanied by an LED flash, as well as the lG logo and the main speaker. LG has had to cut back on some features, and among them is the fingerprint reader.
On the front, although we have this panoramic format, we do see some frame in the upper and lower area. Of course, there is enough space to house the speaker for calls and the camera for selfies without the need for notches or sliders. As interesting design options, LG has added a Google Assistant button. Something already characteristic in its terminals and that allows us to summon the Assistant in a much faster way. Of course, it is also military certified against bumps or falls.

Android 9.0 Pie under Android Go
One of the most interesting features of this mobile is the inclusion of Android Go. It is a special edition of Android for mobile phones with low features. This version hardly consumes resources (RAM and storage), so we will always have good fluidity and available space, even if it has 1 GB of RAM or less. In addition, the apps adapt and are also less heavy, although we sacrifice in some functions or animations.
In terms of features, the LG K20 has a 5.45-inch screen with a resolution of 480 x 960 pixels. Inside we find a quad-core processor, accompanied by 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage, which is also expandable by micro SD up to 32 GB. All this with a 3,000 mAh battery. In the photographic section we find a main camera of 8 megapixels and a front camera of 5. The camera has different settings, such as the possibility of applying a flash on the screen for selfies or captures by means of the gesture of the hand.
