After the numerous leaks and rumors of this terminal, the Lenovo Z5s is now official. The Chinese company continues to release Z-family devices with very powerful specifications and trending features at a relatively inexpensive price. The Lenovo Z5s comes with some surprises, especially in the physical aspect, since it does not have an on-screen camera, but with a notch. On the other hand, a triple main camera and a RAM of up to 6 GB are added. We tell you all its characteristics.
We were surprised by the design of this Lenovo Z5s. The leaks suggested something more innovative: an on-screen camera, just like the Huawei Nova 4 or Samsung Galaxy A8s. Instead, we find a small notch of 'drop type' in the upper area. The camera for selfies and sensors are housed there. The loudspeaker is located in the upper frame. Of course, the front barely has a frame and in the images it gives a full screen feeling.
On the back we have a design very similar to the Huawei P20 Pro, and it is that the device of the Chinese company that introduced the triple camera in the market has served many manufacturers (such as Lenovo) to establish the design of three lenses in their terminals. In the case of the Lenovo Z5s , the triple camera is located in the left area, in a vertical position. In the center we find a fingerprint reader. The back is made of shiny glass and has different gradient finishes.

Lenovo Z5s, everything to the screen and camera
The Lenovo Z5s mounts a 6.3-inch panel with Full HD + resolution, it is a 120 Hz panel, a rate that we have only seen in some gaming mobiles. On the other hand, the Z5s screen occupies 92.6 percent of the front. It also has a 19.5: 9 widescreen format. Inside we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor, with eight cores and accompanied with 4 or 6 GB of RAM. There is also a storage version, with 64 or 128 GB of internal memory respectively. Its autonomy is 3,300 mAh.
The triple camera adds to the Lenovo Z5s with a 16 megapixel main sensor and an f / 1.8 focal length. It is followed by a second 8 megapixel telephoto sensor, with 2x zoom. Finally, the third is 5 megapixels and has depth of field for photos with blur. The front camera stays at 16 megapixels. We do not forget the Android version, in this case with Android 9 Pie and its own customization layer.
Price and availability
The Lenovo Z5s will be available on December 24, but only in China. At the moment, we do not know if it will reach other markets. Of course, its price is very interesting, although it could change depending on the country. These are the different versions and their prices.
- Lenovo Z5s with 4 GB of RAM + 64 GB: 180 euros at the change (1398 yuan).
- Lenovo Z5s with 6 GB of RAM + 64 GB: 205 euros at the exchange rate (1598 yuan).
