Lenovo, although for the moment consolidating its market in portable and convertible terminals, continues to make a niche in the section of mobile terminals, always with an eye on the quality-price ratio and in that large segment of the user who needs their terminal for simple operations from day to day. With this new Lenovo K320t, however, it has taken a giant leap, incorporating, for the first time, an infinite screen with an 18: 9 format, according to the Gizmochina website. The new Lenovo K320t can already be reserved although, for now, it will only be available, from day 4, in Chinese stores. It is not known, at the moment, if it will appear on the European market, or if the model itself will have its version to be sold in these parts.
The infinity screen comes to Lenovo
Without a doubt, the year that we have just left behind will be remembered as the year in which the infinite screens occupied a privileged place in the mobile market. Terminals like the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 or the new Huawei Mate 10 stand out, in front, with an attractive design in which everything looks like a screen. And it almost is. A front with minimal edges that are presented to the user to offer a unique and unprecedented audiovisual experience. Thus, the Lenovo K320t that has just been made official in the Chinese store presents a 5.7-inch infinity screen although with a moderate resolution, remaining at 720 x 1440 pixels.
The new Lenovo phone is built in polycarbonate and has dimensions of 155.2 x 73.5 x 8.5 millimeters and 153 grams of weight, which makes it a terminal that, despite its large size, is quite light. As we said before, we have a 5.7-inch infinity screen with an attractive 2.5D curved effect, which covers 81.5% of the total front. To be able to compare it with a terminal that we know, for example, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has a screen that covers 83.2% of the total front.
Regarding its interior, we find a quad-core Spreadstrum processor with a clock speed of 1.3 GHz and two versions of RAM and storage: 2 GB and 16 GB and 3 GB and 32 GB respectively. Both models will have a slot to insert a microSD card to increase the size, in case you need extra storage.
Dual camera to experiment with images
The Lenovo K320t has a dual main camera: one of the lenses has 8 megapixels and the second, a moderate 2 megapixels. As for the front camera, we find an 8 megapixel sensor. In the first photography tests we will see how this dual sensor camera behaves, although taking into account the final price we cannot expect high-end results.
When we take it out of the box, we will see that this Lenovo K320t runs under Android 7 Nougat, in addition to having a 3,000 mAh battery, a figure that will be enough to use the mobile for a day, while its use is limited to instant messaging, consultation of social networks in a light way and some phone calls. Regarding connectivity in this new Lenovo K320t, we have a 3.5 minijack plug for headphones, microUSB connection, Bluetooth, LTE 4G, of course WIFi and GPS.
The Lenovo k320t is a phone that, for the moment, is in reserve mode in the Chinese store. To date it is unknown if a European version of the same or a similar Lenovo model with an infinite screen will appear. The starting price of this Lenovo K32ot is 1,000 yuan which, in exchange, would be about 128 euros.
