The new Nexus 6, manufactured by Motorola and distributed by the American company Google, began to be available yesterday for pre-booking in the United States. A few hours after its availability was announced, the Nexus 6 was sold out in all its variants (both in the two available colors, black and white, and in the two internal storage capacities, 32 and 64 GigaBytes). And as it has begun to be known from some distributors, the demand for the Nexus 6 in the United States could affect the availability of this smartphone in Europe to such an extent that its pre-reservation could be delayed until November 18.
This delay would be an important difference compared to November 3, the date on which it was expected that the pre-reservation of the Nexus 6 would be enabled in European territory. Of course, at the moment Google has not made any official statement in this regard, so that we still do not have to rule out the possibility that all the deadlines for the availability of the Nexus 6 around the world are met. Remember that, as usual, the Nexus 6 can be reserved through the Google Play store with prices of 650 euros for the version of 32 GigaBytes of internal storage and 700 euros for the version of 64 GigaBytes.
As regards its features, Google has given the surprise with the Nexus 6 to the present it with a screen almost six inches (with 2,560 x 1,440 pixels resolution), which is included within the term of phablet . The Nexus 5, introduced late last year, featured a 4.95-inch screen. The rest of the technical specifications of the N6 are formed by a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 of four cores running at 2.7 GHz clock speed, a memory RAM of3 gigabytes an internal storage of 32 / to 64 gigabytes (no option to expand via external memory card), a main camera of 13 megapixels, a battery with 3,220 mAh capacity and perhaps the feature most interesting of all, the Most recent version of the Android operating system: Android 5.0 Lollipop with all the new features that this implies (completely renewed interface, new security options, customizable notifications, battery saving mode, etc.).
On the other hand, another of Google's important launches for the final stretch of this year has been the Nexus 9 tablet. This device is already available for reservation in the Google Play store with a price of 390 euros for the version of 16 GigaBytes of internal storage and 480 euros for the version of 32 GigaBytes of internal storage. The Nexus 9 is available in two colors: black and white. As indicated by Google on its own website, the first units of this tablet will begin to be distributed as of November 5.
