The departure of the new Samsung Galaxy S10 is just around the corner. Although it has not yet been confirmed by the company, it is known that unlike previous generations, there will be three models that will be presented in the coming weeks: the S10, the S10 Plus and the S10 Lite. Precisely from the latter it has just been leaked that one of the most anticipated components of the last year, the fingerprint sensor on the screen, will not arrive with the economic version of the Galaxy S10.
It will be called Samsung Galaxy S10 E and will not have a fingerprint sensor on the screen
Many have been the rumors that have oscillated regarding the future economic model of Samsung. The latter claimed that it would be a version very similar to its older brothers, although with a smaller screen size. It seems that the diagonal of the device will not be the only difference with respect to these.
Just a few minutes ago Mobile Fun, an online store for telephones and other technological products, has assured that it has recently received confirmation from one of its main distributors that the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite will not have a fingerprint sensor on the screen. It is unknown if the sensor in question will be located at the back of the terminal, although everything indicates that it is. We also do not know if it will come with a facial unlocking system supported by the front camera of the terminal, which could be included within the screen itself.
The last detail that has been released about the terminal is its name. Although the first rumors assured that it would have a name similar to Galaxy S10 Lite, it will be Galaxy S10 E the final name of the high-end terminal. The reason could be due to the Economic adjective of the device to make it more attractive to the masses.
Possible features of the Samsung Galaxy S10 E (or Lite)
As for the technical characteristics of the Galaxy S10 E, it is known that it will come with hardware essentially identical to that of the Galaxy S10. An Exynos 9820 processor along with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage is what is known about the specifications of the device. It is also known that it will come with a 5.8-inch Super AMOLED screen, and presumably it will come with a dual rear camera similar to that of the current Galaxy models (Galaxy S9 Plus and Note 9).
Regarding the data about its final price, some sources suggest that it is likely that it will not exceed 700 euros in Spain and the rest of the countries of the European Union.
