As we already told yesterday, the Samsung Galaxy S4 could go on sale sooner than we expected. Specifically, during the month of April, preceded by a presentation that, in addition to the latest rumors, would take place on March 15. Given this, the provision of components for their manufacture would be a process that, in view of a correct forecast, should have a critical moment in February.
In this sense, the information published by the Korean medium DDaily makes a lot of sense. This medium ensures that at the end of the current month, the serial production of one of the most important elements of the Samsung Galaxy S4 would start, namely: the new five-inch screen with FullHD resolution that according to rumors we would see installed in new high end.
It would be at the end of February when series production would take place in Samsung factories, which would have more than a month to guarantee the necessary departure to support a launch that, as we say, is estimated to take place early of the third quarter of the year, ahead of the anniversary of what is currently the flagship of the firm, the Samsung Galaxy S3. It should be remembered that the company's new reference terminal will not attend the 2013 Mobile World Congress, the mobile fair that will take place in Barcelona between February 25 and 28, as confirmed by the company's leadership.
Returning to the screen, we have already echoed some of the interesting points that the new panel would present in terms of innovation. Some time ago we referred to a new technology dedicated to generating diamond pixels, which would allow to define high resolution densities without problems. Today, in addition, we pointed out that the screen would release an enigmatic system that would allow to control some of the functions of the equipment without having to touch the screen, so that the platform would recognize gestures and interact without there being tactile impulses to use. Something as attractive as it is mysterious in practice.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 is rumored to also debut the new Exynos 5 Octa eight-core processor, a dual chip made up of two quad-core units, each of which would be geared to operate at times when the power of tasks is performing the equipment requires it. Also it takes two GB RAM and megapixel camera thirteen. It is also assumed that the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be released with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, which to date is the most recent and updated version of Google's operating system for smartphones.
With the new Samsung Galaxy S4, the South Korean firm would hope to break again all the records registered so far by the three generations that have been known from its top of the range, and which together have sold more than 100 million units since it was presented the first model, the Samsung Galaxy S GT-i9000, during the first half of 2010.
