A couple of days ago a Korean media revealed that the next Samsung flagship could arrive next year in three different versions. The next Galaxy S10 and S10 + would be joined by a lower-performance Lite or SE version. So far it was thought that the company would not change the size of the device screens. One last information ensures that the vitaminized model would have a 6.44-inch panel. It would therefore rise slightly compared to last year, which has a 6.2-inch.
The decision to include a larger screen would be closely related to the triple camera setup that the Samsung Galaxy S10 + is rumored to carry. If Samsung retained the dimensions of the Galaxy S9 +, the additional rear camera sensor would likely reduce battery capacity. However, by increasing the overall size of the smartphone and, naturally, the size of its screen, the company could be creating the additional space necessary to add a larger battery, something very necessary in this model.
At the moment there are not many details about what the panel of the next Samsung Galaxy S10 + would be like. Everything seems to indicate that it would retain part of the benefits of its predecessor. It would only grow in size to 6.44 inches for the reason explained above. That is, it would continue to have Super AMOLED technology, with a QuadHD resolution and an aspect ratio of 18.5: 9.
Regarding the photographic section, it is known that its three possible sensors would be completely independent and would work very similar to those of the Huawei P20 Pro. Although there is very little information in this regard, it is expected that at least two of these three sensors are identical to the Galaxy S9 +. Of course, one of them would have the rumored 3D technology, which would improve the quality of the captures. Continuing with the tradition of the last two years, Samsung would announce the new Galaxy S10 at the Mobile World Congress. The event will take place in Barcelona from February 25 to 28, 2019.
