Thanks to Chinese Facebook, Weibo, we have been able to see some filtered images showing us that the new Huawei P20 Plus will be the first terminal to arrive in stores carrying not one or two, but three main cameras. Rumors about it had been happening in the weeks prior to the recent leak, as could be deduced from the poster where they announced their presentation date. On the poster, we could read the slogan 'See mooore'. If we let the imagination fly, we can think that this triple 'O' can represent a triple lens.

Huawei P20 Plus and its enigmatic triple camera

This is the image of the supposed Huawei P20 Plus which is the one that will carry the triple camera on the rear panel.

However, this triple camera will only be offered in the Huawei P20 Plus terminal, leaving its younger brother with the usual dual camera already in Huawei's high-end. There is nothing certain yet about the use that Huawei could give this third sensor. Many predict that it could provide a great optical zoom, but until it is officially presented, on March 27, we will not know anything for sure.

Rumors about the new Huawei P20

The first thing that strikes the attention of the front design of the new Huawei P20, or what the rumors say about it, is that it will be very similar to the iPhone X, with all that that entails. And what it entails is, exactly, its famous 'notch' or bangs, that small upper island to house the front camera. So we could see it in a tweet from the leak expert Evan Blass and that we reproduce below.

This model would carry the fingerprint sensor on the front, as we can see in the Huawei Mate 10. The manufacturer has managed to place this sensor on the front without having to increase the frames. If the leaked photos are confirmed, the Huawei P20 Plus would also bring the sensor on the front.

Screen size and processor

Regarding the screen size, in the Huawei P20 we would see a 5.5-inch panel while we would have 6 inches in the Huawei P20 Plus. We would also have two different resolutions, Full HD and QuadHD respectively.

Everything indicates that the processor that both terminals would carry would be the Kirin 970 with neural engine and Artificial Intelligence and downloads in data of up to 1 GB. A processor with 8 cores and a clock speed of 2.4 GHz. A processor that has already given excellent results in terminals such as the Huawei Mate 10.

Among other rumors, there is also talk of the possibility that, within this range, Huawei will expand the terminals to 4. We will see, therefore, a Huawei P20 Lite, with inferior characteristics and smaller size and a Huawei P20 Pro that would increase the characteristics (surely greater size and autonomy) of the already vitaminized Huawei P20 Plus.

Now we only have to wait until March 27 to clear up doubts in the presentation of the Huawei P20 that will take place in the French capital, Paris.
