A few days ago, Vivo left us with many expectations regarding Super FlashCharge, its new technology that promises a super fast charge, today we finally know some details.
Super FlashCharge promises to complete a charge in just 13 minutes. That is to say, a 4000mAh battery can be completed in a little over 10 minutes. Or if you are one of those impatient users, you can charge up to 50% in 5 minutes.
This makes it by far one of the most efficient and fastest loads on the market, although we already know that everything evolves very quickly. Xiaomi also presented a similar option a few days ago although its technology could charge a full battery in 17 minutes.
At the moment, Vivo holds the record with its 120W Super FlashCharge. Let's review some features of this technology.
120W FlashCharge
120 W Super FlashCharge promises to do magic with the battery of our mobile, although you must bear in mind that to take advantage of the full potential of this technology it is necessary that you have all the charging kit that the company provides. It is nothing out of the ordinary as it obviously requires certain parameters to function properly.
One of the problems that always comes to mind when we read about these magic solutions for such fast charges is the increase in the temperature of the charger and the device. Vivo says that they have taken this detail into account by integrating the microcontroller unit inside the charging adapter.
That is, our device will be free of any temperature problem (although it should not arise). On the other hand, the microcontroller protects against overloads. And as mentioned, this system will not affect the performance or battery life of the mobile.
In other words, this new technology seems to have covered all the concerns posed by fast charging while offering the best solution that we will find so far.
