Another novelty that will arrive with Android 9 Pie in the Galaxy S9 is the recognition of defects. In this case, the camera will notify us through messages in the app if the photograph has been blurred, if someone has closed their eyes or if there is a bad shot to be able to take another. This function also detects if the glass that protects the lens is dirty so that we can take the best picture. A very useful aspect considering that the fingerprint reader is on the back.
These enhancements are expected to reach both the Samsung Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9 + model. The Note 9 already has these functions. The update to Android 9.0 Pie will arrive for all three models in early 2019 with the renewed One UI layer, which will change the color palette and simplify adjustments.
