The iPad 2 went on sale today. The second generation of this unusual tablet is made available to Spanish customers through the Apple website, but also in physical stores that we can find in Madrid or Barcelona, starting at 5:00 p.m. this afternoon. Less is missing. That is why Vodafone and Movistar have done the same, presenting the new rates that they make available to their customers for the iPad 2, with the version that incorporates Wi-Fi and 3G. In this article we tell you all the rates that Vodafone has presented, aimed at customers who want to get the new tablet through the red operator.
Vodafone has introduced a couple of data plans that can be classified by price. The first costs about 18 euros per month and allows us to access the Internet with an unlimited data connection, although that does not mean exactly what it seems. Vodafone will allow us to browse up to 500 MB per month. Once this amount of data is exceeded, the user will have to settle for a speed of 128 Kbps. As long as it is within the established range, the user can navigate at the maximum stipulated speed.
The second rate, a little more expensive, has a cost of 38 euros per month, since it is a little more complete. In total, the user will have the opportunity to browse up to 2 GB per month at maximum speed. If you exceed this established maximum, browsing will also be reduced to the speed of 128 Kbps. In both cases there is no consumption limit, so that the user can rest easy regarding their bill.
Soon we hope to know the prices for which we will have the opportunity to acquire this device, since Vodafone has not yet communicated them.
