The Chinese company Huawei presented this month two new smartphones belonging to a completely different range destined for Europe: the Honor 3C and the Honor 6. Honor is a new brand of mid-range mobile phones aimed mainly at young European audiences. The fact is that, through a new leak from an Asian certification, we have learned that Huawei is working on a new Honor brand mobile: the Honor 6X, which seems to incorporate high-end technical specifications.
Reveals this certification, Honor 6X be presented with a design with metallic side (the rest of the housing will remain plastic) and with dimensions of 150.4 x 75.68 x 7.5 mm (one above measures the amount Honor 6, 139.6 x 69.7 x 7.5 mm). The screen will have a size of 5.5 inches, which confirms that we are talking about the phablet- type alternative of the Honor 6 that Huawei has recently presented in the European market.
In the performance aspect, the Honor 6X has little or nothing to envy to the high-end mobiles of the European market. The processor that houses this terminal is eight-core and operates at a clock speed of 1.8 GHz. Although the exact model of the processor has not transcended, it is to be assumed that it is a Kirin processor developed by Huawei itself. The capacity of the RAM memory is 3 GigaBytes, while the internal storage space offers a capacity of 32 GigaBytes expandable by means of a microSD card.
Although the leak does not refer to the operating system, it is assumed that it is Android in its version of Android 4.4 KitKat; unless Huawei wants to surprise users with the most recent version of this operating system, in which case we would be talking about Android 5.0 Lollipop.
The most striking feature of the Honor 6X is the camera, or rather, the three cameras that this mobile incorporates. Apparently, in addition to the front camera, this smartphone has a main dual-camera, which may mean that it incorporates some kind of 3D image capture function (or perhaps it just offers some object blur function). after taking a picture, for example).
The Honor 6X has only been seen in an official Asian certification, so at this time it is difficult to predict whether this terminal will also land in Europe. We will have to wait a few weeks to see if the Honor 6X also passes through some European certification or if, instead, its availability will only be limited to users in China. Talking about starting prices is even more daring, although it should be remembered that the Honor 6 in Europe has a price set at 300 euros.
