The Mobile World Congress in Barcelona is approaching and with it the promise of meeting some of the great models for this 2017. This year the presence of Huawei has been confirmed in an event prior to the fair, where it could announce its new flagship. It will be on February 26 and there the Asian could unveil the new Huawei P10, a device that could come along with a more prominent version (Plus) and another with more restrained features called Lite. The latter, in fact, could have been seen by TENAA, the Chinese certification agency, leaving us part of its design and internal characteristics. It would be a model with a 5.2-inch screen, a Kirin processor or a 12-megapixel rear camera.
The Huawei P10 Lite would have passed through the Chinese certification agency, TENAA, which has allowed us to know what its possible features and design would be. A terminal with a metallic, thin and light chassis is expected, with possible measurements of 146.5 x 72 x 7.2 mm and a weight of 146 grams. Also, in the back (located just below the main camera) we would enjoy a fingerprint reader. The screen of this terminal would have a size of 5.2 inches and a Full HD resolution (1,920 í— 1,080), perfect for viewing multimedia content without problems.
Inside the new Huawei P10 Lite there would be room for a Kirin processor, of which the cores are not known at the moment, but which could run at a maximum frequency of 2.1 GHz. This will allow it, also working together with a RAM memory of 4 GB, working with heavy applications or dealing with several simultaneous processes. It could be released in several versions. The leaked data speaks of an internal capacity of 64 GB, we imagine that it can be expanded through the use of microSD cards.
Regarding the photographic section, rumors hold that the P10 Lite would mount a 12-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel resolution front sensor, perfect for better quality selfies. An advanced connection section is expected with support for high-speed 4G networks, WiFi, fingerprint reader, GPS or NFC. The battery, on the other hand, would have a capacity of 2,900 mAh, a quite appropriate figure if we take into account the characteristics of the device. It is very likely that Huawei will announce this model alongside the standard Huawei P10 during the next Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. As we say,The company has an event scheduled for February 26, the day before the mobility fair opens its doors. It will be there where we know its official characteristics, and price, although it is already said that the Lite model could arrive about 300 euros. If this price is confirmed, Huawei could repeat the move of the Huawei P8 Lite and Huawei P9 Lite, which occupy the first and third position among the best-selling mobile phones in Spain during the past year.
