Are you notch on screen or do you prefer some frame? Manufacturers continue to search for ways to achieve the highest screen / front ratio without crowding out the user experience. The notch or notch has undoubtedly been the trend of 2018, a simple and practical way to provide a full screen and add the sensors and the camera. More and more companies are looking for another alternative, such as adding a retractable system or even a hole in the screen to house the camera. Huawei seems to be going for this second option.
According to a report, Huawei could present a new terminal with a camera integrated directly on the screen. In this way, the panel would have a small hole in one of the sides or center where the camera would be included. We removed the notch, but we have a point on the panel that could obstruct the view, especially consuming multimedia content. This terminal could be the Huawei Nova 4 and could be launched during the month of December, before the end of the year. A filtered invitation reveals the silhouette of this device with a bright spot in the upper area, referring to the camera on the screen.

Is Huawei ahead of Samsung?
It is a system similar to the one that Samsung will incorporate in some of its terminals. We currently know these displays as 'Infinity-o'. The first Samsung terminal to include this technology would also be a mid-range, the Galaxy A8s. In addition, rumors assure that it could also be launched this year. In addition, Samsung could incorporate the 'Infinity-o' screen in the Galaxy S10, and it is not surprising that Huawei also does it in its next P series.
We will have to wait until December to see which device is introduced first. It is strange that we have not yet seen leaks from this Nova 4, so we must take this leak with a grain of salt.

UPDATE: A new leaked image reveals the possible front design of the Huawei Nova 4 with a hole for the camera directly on the screen. The image does not show the use of the screen on the front because the mobile is covered with a cover that is usually used to prevent leaks (not in this case). Yes we can see that camera in the upper area and you can see that it is directly on the screen. It seems that in sight it would not be as aggressive as the notch on the screen is. Also, it would not be necessary to optimize the content. Other interesting details of this supposed Huawei Nova 4 is that it will have a headphone jack. This is the filtered image.
