This year is being really interesting in terms of releases. The mid-range is more competitive than ever, with devices that years ago would have been unthinkable in that price range. For example, that of Huawei's Mate line, which this year, if nothing strange happens, will once again be made up of three different models. The cheapest of the three will be the Huawei Mate 30 Lite, of which we have already seen an image that shows its design. In addition, this same image shows the date of presentation of the device.
Huawei usually introduces the Mate line in early October. However, the Lite version of the device always arrives a little earlier. This year it seems that it will do it even sooner. An image of what appears to be the presentation poster of the Huawei Mate 30 Lite (Huawei Maimang 8 in China) has leaked on Weibo, the Chinese Twitter. According to this image, the new terminal manufacturer on June 5 will be presented at 14:30. That is, we will know it officially in exactly one week.
Possible technical characteristics of the Huawei Mate 30 Lite
The truth is that we still know very little about this device. The filtered image lets us see its possible design, with a screen with a drop-shaped notch. You can also see a possible glass finish, with the fingerprint reader located on the back. That is, it would not have a fingerprint reader integrated into the screen.
We also see a rear photographic system formed by a triple sensor, very similar in layout and appearance to the Huawei P20 Pro. In addition, rumors speak of the possible incorporation of the new Kirin 720 processor, although this has not yet been confirmed.
At the moment they are the only data we have about the terminal. Of course, and in the case of the Mate model, it is expected that it has a large screen and a lot of RAM. The photographic set will not be as top as that of the high-end models, but it sure lives up to expectations. We will have to wait only a few days to confirm it.
