The fashion for gaming phones seems to be more booming than ever. Several have been the brands that have launched their smartphones for games. An example of this is Razer with the Razer Phone or Honor with the Honor Play, among many others. Now a new company joins this trend. And it is that a few minutes ago one of the top managers of Huawei has confirmed that a new Huawei gaming phone will be launched at the end of this year.
Recall that just a few weeks ago the company announced together with Honor the launch of a new software system called GPU Turbo that would improve the performance of its mobile games by up to 60%.
A new Huawei gaming mobile will be launched at the end of 2018
Gaming phones are here to stay. As we mentioned at the beginning of the article, there are several brands that have launched their proposals in this market niche. Until now, no international distribution manufacturer had made the leap to this type of mobile, with the exception of Huawei, which today has launched an information bomb about a new gaming phone of the brand.
In a recent interview with Jim Xu, one of Huawei's top managers, it was confirmed what we had been announcing in the title of the entry: Huawei is manufacturing a gaming-oriented mobile phone. No more details have been given about this supposed new mobile of the brand. The only thing we can know today is that it will be presented at the end of 2018 and put on sale at the beginning of 2019. Some sources close to Huawei confirm that this new Huawei smartphone will come with some mechanical parts, such as the Vivo NEX or the Oppo Find X. That is why it would not be surprising if we saw a smartphone with a sliding physical keyboard.
At the moment we will have to wait until the end of this year or new leaks to know all the details of the new Huawei gaming phone. What we can take for granted today is that the price of the terminal will be significantly higher than that of the current high-end phones of the Chinese brand.
