Htc shooter, touch mobile that will come out with android 2.3.2 and dual-core processor
The Taiwanese HTC had a few aces up its sleeve for this 2011. Although we met some of its terminals last month at the Barcelona telephony congress, and we were surprised by the variety of its launches (although not by its power), it seems that the time has come to discard the next high-end of the firm Asian. And it is that among the new devices we have one, the HTC Shooter, which seems to be promised to compete with the references for this year (among which we highlight the Samsung Galaxy S II or the LG Optimus 2x).
At the moment, the existence of the HTC Shooter is known through a leaked document, which would confirm its launch, first of all, in the United States (specifically, by the operator Sprint). There are no clues at the moment about the launch date or the price that the Taiwanese manages for this terminal, although it could be one of the manufacturer's workhorses for the CTIA 2011 that starts tomorrow.
Of benefits it seems that the HTC Shooter would be well equipped. To begin with, we would be facing a tactile mobile that joins the trend of dual core chips, installing a Qualcomm processor that would operate at good power.
In addition, a dedicated graphics unit, the Adreno 220, would complete the combo, so you can think that it will be prepared for a very good image performance. It will come standard with Google's latest platform, Android 2.3.2, also known by the nickname Gingerbread.
The size of the screen is a mystery, although we would do well to bet on a panel with a diagonal of between 4.3 and 4.5 inches, as long as we want to justify the resolution of 960 x 540 pixels that the HTC Shooter will present.
This format reminds us a lot of the iPhone 4 and its IPS Retina panel. In fact, if this screen quality is confirmed, we would be facing the best definition of the Android ecosystem.
