The information of new mobiles with the latest version of Windows Phone 7 known as Mango are appearing these days. Now it is the turn of a new terminal from the Taiwanese HTC whose code name is HTC Omega. Its full technical characteristics have been revealed, although at the moment no image of the model has been provided.
HTC Omega, according to the guys from Gadgetian , would be the first mobile from the manufacturer to include the new Microsoft icons: Windows Phone Mango. It will be a fully tactile smartphone with interesting features, although very much in line with the latest market launches. That is, it will have a large internal memory, a large bright screen and all kinds of connections.
For starters, this new HTC Omega will feature a SuperLCD 3.8 inches diagonally and a maximum resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. Meanwhile, inside, the heart that will move everything is a processor from the manufacturer Qualcomm. This will be clocked at 1.5 GHz and will be single core. The processor will be accompanied by a RAM of 512 MB.
On the other hand and getting into the multimedia part, HTC Omega has an eight megapixel rear camera that will be able to capture high definition videos at a maximum of 720 horizontal lines of resolution. The camera will also have an LED-type flash for those scenes in which the ambient light does not accompany too much.
Its internal memory is large: 16 GB. However, HTC has not included a microSD card slot, so it will not be possible to expand its capacity and obtain the same result as Apple's iPhone. Finally, the connections that the user can enjoy are: WiFi, 3G, GPS and Bluetooth.
