The list of advanced HTC phones that will receive Android 4.0 continues to grow. In this case, the manufacturer has published the "" final "" list of all the smartphones in its catalog that will have the relevant update to the latest Google mobile operating system. In addition, it also refers to the models with less memory capacity and their tablets that, in Spain, only the HTC Flyer is sold.
HTC was one of the companies that presented the new range of advanced mobile phones in Barcelona last February: HTC One. There were three new handsets that would fill the portfolio of offerings: HTC One X, HTC One S and HTC One V. And one of the main features is that all of them would have the new version of Google's operating system: Android 4.0. What's more, barely a week ago the presentation of the new entry-level mobile HTC Desire C was also made public. However, what happens to the current models that have already been on the market for months?
The Taiwanese company has put on the table the final list of terminals that will receive the update of the Google icons along with the new version of the HTC Sense 4.0 user interface. To date, in Spain the only terminal that has received the improvement has been HTC Sensation, one of the greatest exponents of a few months ago and which was, along with Samsung Galaxy S2, at the top of the pyramid. But on the way there are still terminals to update.
However, a complete list with their respective arrival dates is shown on the official HTC website. For example, HTC Sensation XL and HTC Sensation XE should receive "" at the latest "" update during the month of June. While other terminals that were not sure that they could have the latest icons such as HTC Desire S or HTC Incredible S, will have the new version throughout the months of June and July "" everything will depend on the market "".
On the other hand, HTC Desire HD, one of the oldest phones in the catalog, is also featured on the definitive list. This will have Android 4.0 for the months of July or August. Finally, HTC EVO 3D "" the only mobile compatible with three-dimensional images together with LG Optimus 3D "" also appears on the list. However, the manufacturer has also made it very clear that support for these advanced mobiles will continue to exist and they will continue to receive software improvements.
