HTC has presented the new HTC Desire 10 range, a terminal aimed at the lower-middle range that has always been characterized by its youthful design. The new series is made up of two terminals, the HTC Desire 10 lifestyle and the HTC Desire 10 Pro, although the latter will not arrive in Spain. The HTC Desire 10 lifestyle provides a new sleeker design, processor four cores, to 3 GB of RAM, camera 13 megapixels and stressing above the other features, a powerful sound HTC BoomSound Hi-Fi Edition. We are going to review what the new HTC Desire 10 lifestyle can offer us.
HTC became a very important company in the world of smartphones a few years ago. Although it is true that currently it has lost a lot of steam, the company continues trying to offer quality terminals at competitive prices. Its latest launch is the HTC Desire 10 lifestyle, a terminal aimed at the lower-middle range that offers an elegant design inherited from the HTC 10 and in which a gold metallic outline stands out that contrasts with the matte finish of the phone. The phone has full dimensions of 156.9 x 76.9 x 7.7 mm and a weight of 155 grams. In principle it will be available infour colors: black, white, blue and light blue, although it is not yet confirmed that all four arrive in our country.
The HTC Desire 10 lifestyle incorporates a panel screen with Super LCD of 5.5 inches with resolution HD 720p. Inside the terminal we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, which offers four cores running at 1.6 GHz. Accompanying this processor we have 2 or 3 GB of RAM, in addition to 16 or 32 GB of internal storage, depending on the model. This capacity can be expanded using a microSD memory card of up to 2 TB capacity. At the moment we do not know which versions of the terminal will arrive in our country.
As for the photographic section, the HTC Desire lifestyle 10 has a main camera with BSI sensor of 13 megapixels. This camera provides a lens of 28 mm and get a f / 2.2 aperture. The camera offers HDR and panorama mode support. At the front of the terminal we have a camera with BSI 5 megapixel sensor, aperture f / 2.8 and lens 33.7 mm. This selfie camera offers HDR mode and is capable of capturing video in Full HD 1080p resolution.
But if something stands out the HTC Desire 10 lifestyle is in its sound. The new HTC terminal follows the line of the HTC 10 and offers BoomSound Hi-Fi Edition sound, which means that the terminal is compatible with 24-bit Hi-Res audio. This system provides powerful, quality sound from both speakers and headphones.
As for the software, the HTC Desire 10 lifestyle will arrive with Android 6.0 Marshmallow, but it will offer a layer of customization made by the company that allows users to place the icons and widgets practically where they want on the screen, without too many restrictions.
The HTC Desire 10 lifestyle can be purchased at the end of the year in our country, although the price has not yet been revealed.
