5G seems one of the most interesting workhorses of the new generation of premium mobiles. Honor joins this trend with its View Pro 30, a terminal that is at the height of the power of equipment such as the Huawei Mate Xs or the Huawei Mate 30 Pro. In addition, it incorporates an interesting photographic set thanks to a triple main camera with macro mode, photos with good detail in very low light environments and a threex optical zoom. We still do not know the price of the Honor View Pro 30 but it will reach the market throughout the month of March. We tell you the main characteristics of this equipment.
The Honor View Pro 30 is designed to compete face to face with high-end mobiles from other brands. That shows in its guts, since it integrates Huawei's most powerful processor to date along with 8 GB of RAM. The photographic section is well cared for although it does not impress: we are talking about three main cameras with a 12 megapixel wide-angle sensor, another one with 40 megapixels whose strength is performance in low light conditions and a third sensor that adds an optical zoom of three times to zoom in on objects that are far away. As in the Huawei P30 or the Samsung Galaxy S20, this zoom can be taken up to 30 times in digital mode. In addition, we can also enjoy the macro mode to take detail photos.
Another feature that will give us a lot of play (especially for the future) is its dual 5G connection. And it is that although 5G coverage has not yet spread too much in Spain (with Vodafone as the only operator that offers this connection in some cities), it is expected that within a couple of years the coverage will be much greater.
In the field of design, the Honor View 30 Pro bets on a screen with hardly any frames with Full HD + resolution, a size of 6.57 inches and the front cameras perforated on the panel. That is, it is not intended for small hands even without this absence of frames. Perhaps the most interesting point of the design is that the firm has included a cooling system through liquid. It remains to be seen how it responds in more demanding use situations.
Speaking of use, this mobile incorporates a 4,100 milliamp battery with a fast charging system of up to 40W. What the firm has not revealed is the average time in which we can fully recharge the equipment. What we do know is that it will hit the market from next March, although we will have to wait to know its price.
