Yesterday some detailed photographs of this smartphone were leaked, but today it is official: Huawei has presented in Asian territory the new Honor 6 Plus, a high-end smartphone that somehow succeeds the Honor 6 with a larger screen that reaches a size of 5.5 inches and a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. The Honor 6 Plus at the moment has only been presented in Asian territory, so we do not know if it will reach stores in Europe and, if it does, we cannot confirm the starting price that it will have in the market.
The Honor 6 Plus comes with dimensions of 150.4 x 75.68 x 7.5 mm, which means we are talking about a noticeably larger smartphone that the Honor 6 (139.6 x 69.7 x 7.5 mm) but slightly smaller than the phablet Huawei Ascend Mate 7 (157 x 81 x 7.9 mm).

The screen incorporated in the Honor 6 Plus reaches a size of 5.5 inches and a Full HD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels, which means that we are talking about a smartphone that is very close to the line of what we understand today. like a phablet (that is, a device that due to its screen size is halfway between a mobile and a tablet).
The yield of the Honor 6 Plus is powered by a processor HiSillicon Kirin 930 (a processor developed by Huawei) of eight cores reaching a clock speed of 1.8 GHz. The graphics processor corresponds to a Mali T628, while the RAM has a capacity of 3 GigaBytes. The internal storage space is available in two versions of 16 and 32 GigaBytes (in both cases expandable by means of an external memory card of the microSD type).
The main camera of the Honor 6 Plus is made up of a double-sensor very similar to that of the HTC One M8 from the Taiwanese company HTC. The main camera has two sensors of eight megapixels that, according to the own Huawei, are able to capture images in three dimensions, accompanied by the usual LED flash. The secondary camera located on the front of the Honor 6 Plus also incorporates a sensor eight megapixels.
All these features are powered by a battery with 3,600 mAh capacity, which is a slightly lower capacity than the Mate 7 battery (4,100 mAh) but, at the same time, higher than the capacity of the Honor 6 battery (3,100 mAh).
For now, the Honor 6 Plus is scheduled to be available in China starting this December in two versions: a version with ultra-fast 4G LTE Internet connectivity and another version with conventional 3G connectivity. We will be attentive to know if the Honor 6 Plus will also arrive in European stores.
