Honor expands the Honor 20 range with a new device. This family arrived at one of the worst moments, just a few days after Donald Trump announced that US companies would not be able to do business with Huawei, so the firm's devices could not have Google's operating system. Thanks to the temporary suspension of this veto, the Honor 20 and 20 Pro were able to reach the market. And now it's the turn of this 20s, a very interesting alternative to the Redmi Note 8.
The Honor 20S arrives with a design very similar to the rest of the devices in the range. The company has wanted to take great care of the design of these devices, and this 20s incorporates a shiny glass finish and in gradient tones on the back. We see a triple camera setup on the left side, where it is also accompanied by an LED flash and camera features. There is no fingerprint reader because it is located on the side. Again, something that we have already seen in the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro. The volume button is in the right area, along with this reader. The terminal has a USB C port and main speaker at the bottom.

On the front we find a camera housed directly on the screen. Something that is already typical of the company and that personally, is much better than a notch. This hole for the camera is located on the side, in the upper area, so it does not disturb the view as much as a notch or notch can. Of course, we have minimal frames and the ability to apply gesture navigation through the system settings.
Triple camera up to 48 megapixels
Beyond the design, the Honor 20S arrives with a triple main camera of up to 48 megapixels. The primary lens has this resolution, which will allow us to take pictures with more detail and clarity in low light situations. It is followed by an 8-megapixel secondary lens that takes care of the wide angle, as well as a third 2-megapixel lens with depth of field. The front camera is 32 megapixels.
As for the technical specifications, we find a Kirin 810 processor. It is the new mid-range processor that operates at 7 nanometers. This Honor 20S is one of the first terminals to have this chip, which is accompanied by a RAM memory of up to 8 GB and internal storage of 128 GB. All this with an autonomy of 3,750 mAh and under Android 9.0 Pie. The screen is 6.26 inches and is kept in Full HD + resolution.
