This is how the mobile phones in the Samsung Note range have advanced
During these days, three years have passed since the launch of the first Samsung Galaxy Note from the South Korean company Samsung, and this anniversary has been starring one of the most anticipated mobiles of the year: the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. These three years of history have allowed us to know no less than four different phones from the Note range, and if we take a look back in time we can see the evolution that these phones have been receiving with each launch. Taking advantage of these days Samsung is one of the undisputed protagonists of the technological event IFA 2014 taking place in Berlin (Germany), this time we are going to take a look at the history of the mobile phones in the Samsung Note range to see what changes they have received as they evolved to adapt to the requirements of the mobile phone market.
The first thing we must know to delve into the history of Samsung are the four phones in the Note range that have been released over the last three years. First we have the Samsung Galaxy Note, officially presented during the month of September of the year 2011; We later I came across the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, presented during the month of August of the year 2012; in third place we have the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, presented in September 2013; and finally, we have the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, officially presented a few days ago.
The first of the most noticeable changes that the evolution of the Note range has had lies in its design and its weight. Of the 9.65 mm thick and 178 grams of weight of the first Note we have moved to 8.5 mm thick and 176 grams weight of the new Note 4. Although it may seem a little significant change (especially in weight), we must bear in mind that since Samsung have been able to incorporate it into the Note 4 Completely new and renewed technologies without this having meant an increase in weight compared to the first mobile in this range.
Regarding the screen, we can also see an obvious evolution: the first Note incorporated a 5.3-inch screen with a resolution of 1,280 x 800 pixels ( which today is practically considered as a low-mid-range resolution), while the new Note 4 comes with a screen Super AMOLED of 5.7 inches and a resolution Quad HD of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The camera and the operating system of the Note have also undergone an important evolution. We've gone from eight to 16 megapixels main camera, and the operating system installed serial happened to correspond to Android 2.3 Gingerbread to do so in the version of Android 4.4 KitKat.
And we could not forget either the evolution that has taken place inside the mobile phones of Samsung's Note range. The first Note featured a simple dual-core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz, while the new Note 4 came with an eight-core processor clocked at 1.9 / 1.3 GHz (although it is also available in another quad-core variant running at 2.7 GHz). RAM memory capacity was 1 GigaBytein the first Note, and again this Note 4 we find a RAM of 3 gigabytes. The battery, for its part, has also undergone an important evolution, going from the 2,500 mAh of the first mobile in this range to the 3,220 mAh of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 presented a few days ago.
