Those who have a Samsung Galaxy -although it also occurs on other Android devices- will have verified the complexity that exists when cutting / copying and pasting text from certain applications that block them, such as Instagram or Twitter. For those who arrive from iOS it will seem even more frustrating to pass their finger over a text in these apps and not have the possibility to copy it, since on the Apple mobile both give the option to copy their bios, tweets and other text.
This has caused some specific apps to appear, such as Easy Copy. But we have an option much more integrated into the Android system and that will work perfectly with a little trick. It is the Google Translate application, which almost all of us have installed on our terminal.
Going to the app and pressing the three vertical points in the upper right we will have the option to enter its Settings. There we will activate the Enable tab. From that moment, when we are in apps that block the text, it will be enough to pass our finger over the text that we want to copy, as we do when copying and pasting in texts that allow it.
The difference is that in this case the Google Translate icon will appear on the right side of the screen and we must press it. Once done, we will see the traditional boxes to translate from one language to another. They will appear in Spanish and the last language we have translated into. Well, in that other language it allows us to copy the selected text, so we just have to change it to Spanish as well. It is not necessary to do it before in the Google translate app, at the same moment that we shade a text to copy it and the Translator icon appears, it gives us the option to do it. Then, in the text “translated” from Spanish to Spanish, click on the three vertical dots and the Copy option will appear there.
To paste, we will only have to go to where we want to insert the text, leave our finger on the space where we want to paste it and Paste and Clipboard will appear. Paste inserts the last copied text and Clipboard offers us the option to choose between all the texts, images and recent captures to paste them.
