At the gates of the day many thought would present the Nexus Two, it was announced that the device would follow the line of native phone from Google will suffer a delay in its presentation. Although it had initially been said that the Korean Samsung would be in charge of manufacturing the Nexus Two (and that it would be presented on November 8, that is, today), the Asian manufacturer met the rumor directly denying it. The pools then placed their presentation for next November 11.
However, from TechCrunch (where they continue err that err that the Nexus Two will leave the Samsung offices) they have warned that the manufacture of the Nexus Two would be going through some problem related to the components. This would have forced those responsible to delay the presentation of the terminal, whose first objective would be focused on the Christmas campaign.
One of the points that causes more surprise is that, apparently, the information about the manufacturing problems of the Nexus Two comes, precisely, from Samsung. However, last week we already echoed some statements from the top management of the Korean company in which it was explicitly stated that the Samsung Nexs Two rumor "is simply not true. " With those words, the manufacturer settled the speculations that, after this new information, return with more force if possible.
However, if we try to reconcile the two positions (Samsung's refusal to sign the Nexus Two and the fact that it is the Korean itself that alludes to the component problems of Google's phone), we should think about issues more related to the supply.
From Samsung come many parts of a significant percentage of the mobile phones that we can see in the market, especially those related to screens and chips, so an excess demand could have caught Samsung by surprise. Or perhaps they are in charge of the manufacture and design of the terminal, as had been proposed. In any case, these and other unknowns could be revealed during today's conference.
