Despite the fact that Google's new flagship, the Nexus S, has been around the market since last December, it seems that it will not be until this February when it will be massively distributed in the main international markets. Still without a specific date, the Google Nexus S could be exclusively in the Vodafone catalog for its arrival in other countries (for the moment, it is only available in the United States and the United Kingdom).
At least, this has been suggested by the director of the terminal section of the British company, Patrick Chomet, who has raised in a statement that soon Vodafone customers will be able to get hold of the Google Nexus S through their stores. The lack of specificity when it comes to indicating possible countries where the company would distribute the Google Nexus S suggests a global strategy where Vodafone has a presence as a mobile operator.
In the statement, which they reproduce from the Andronica website, Chomet affirms that Vodafone stores around the world will have the Google Nexus S available to their customers, although it does not just specify if it is an exclusive one or if the distribution of this phone will be subject to agreements in certain countries, where this Android 2.3 Gingerbread touch mobile could also be available jointly with another company, or directly, in the sole possession of the competition.
Recall that the Google Nexus S is the mobile with which the Korean Samsung updated the most representative terminal of Google, taking inspiration from the popular Samsung Galaxy S to develop it. In fact, it has a Super AMOLED screen that is very reminiscent of Samsung's high-end, although in certain countries it will be distributed with a Super Clear LCD panel. It also has a curved design that could be designed to improve ergonomics.
