As we have seen on the GsmArena site, Gionee, one of the largest mobile phone manufacturers in China, has just made official a new terminal that fully enters the field of mid-range, medium-low. It is the new Gionee S10 Lite, a terminal that, as its 'Lite' indicates, comes to take over, on a smaller scale, from its older brother the Gionee S10. Let's see what we can find in this new Gionee S10 Lite terminal and if it will be worth the outlay.
Gionee S10 Lite, this is the new terminal of the Chinese brand
The new Gionee S10 Lite has a 5.2-inch screen and HD resolution. If you are not too demanding with the quality of your screen, it will help you to watch movies and series occasionally. It is a rounded terminal, with shiny edges and a fingerprint sensor built into the home button on the front panel.
As for the processor, we have a Snapdragon 427 chip with 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. If it seems insufficient, we can expand it up to 256 GB with the insertion of a microSD card. A processor with which we can move any basic and simple application but that will be insufficient if we intend to use the mobile to play or run apps that demand high performance.
And the cameras? The Gionee S10 Lite has, in its main camera, a 13 megapixel sensor and a superior 16 megapixel selfie camera. This is one of those terminals that puts the quality of its selfie camera before the rear, a trend that favors the fury of taking selfies to the detriment of traditional photography.
The Gionee S10 Lite runs under the Android 7.1 Nougat system and has an estimable 3,100 mAh battery. The body of the phone is one piece, so we will not be able to change the battery when it passes to better life. Regarding its connectivity, the Gionee S10 Lite supports 4G bands, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, FM radio and sensors such as gyroscope, proximity, accelerometer and ambient sensor.
At the moment, the Gionee S10 Lite is launched only in India at a price of about 250 dollars, 210 euros to change.
