The panoramic screen and the double camera are two elements in high demand today in the mobile market. Taking these tastes into account, Gigaset has launched two terminals with these characteristics as the main attraction, but with a very accessible price that does not exceed 300 euros in the most expensive model. We are going to take a look at these two phones, to be able to check what other specifications they accompany.
Panoramic screen
Both the Gigaset GS370 and the GS370 plus have a 5.7-inch IPS screen with HD + resolution (1440 x 720 pixels) and a ratio of 18: 9. The design, in aluminum, especially cuts the side frames, while the upper and lower ones are kept. The thickness of both terminals is 8.2 millimeters, and its weight, 145 grams.
On the back we find a fingerprint reader, located in the center, and on the edge, two stereo audio speakers and the micro USB charging port. At the top we find the audio jack to connect the headphones.

Double chamber
Apart from a large screen to view content in panoramic format, the other star feature is the double rear camera. In the two models we will find the same one, with a 13 megapixel lens and f / 2.0 aperture and a second 8 megapixel wide-angle lens. As for the front camera, we will have 5 megapixels for the Gigaset GS370 and 8 megapixels for the GS370 plus.
Performance and software
The main difference between the Gigaset GS370 and GS370 plus models is found in the hardware related to power. In the GS370 model we have an eight-core processor at 1.5 GHz speed, with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. In the Gigaset GS370 plus, for its part, we find the same chip but with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of ROM.
As for software, both terminals come with Android 7.0 Nougat. In the words of the brand itself, an update to Android 8 Oreo is expected for the second quarter of this year, which is great news for all users who want to be up-to-date in the operating system.
Autonomy and connectivity
The battery included in the Gigaset GS370 and GS 370 plus is 3,000 mAh with fast charging. In addition, they support LTE Cat 6 connectivity, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1 and more specialized connections, such as VoLTE or VoWIF. We can't find NFC.
Economical price
The two models are already available from its website and in specialized stores. Prices are 280 euros for the Gigaset GS370 and 300 euros for the Gigaset GS370 plus. In both cases it is about really affordable prices, taking into account the mentioned characteristics. Available colors are jet black and blue for the GS370 plus, and jet black for the GS370.
