The Gigaset company has in its catalog the Gigaset GS280, a device governed by a pure version of Android 8.1 Oreo, which makes it easier for the platform's colors to automatically adapt to the wallpapers. At the design level, the terminal is built with a glass finish with anti-breakage and anti-fingerprint treatment, so there will be no problem of finger marks on its surface.
If we look to the front, we see prominent frames on both sides of the panel. The device therefore moves away from the trend of leading screens with notch, shutter or retractable camera. We can say that it follows a typical design. The rear is occupied by a fingerprint reader, the main sensor and the company logo. Apparently it leaves us with the feeling of being a manageable and stylish mobile, with slightly rounded edges to facilitate holding.
The Gigaset GS280 includes a 5.7-inch IPS screen and Full HD resolution. Inside there is space for a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, accompanied by a 3 GB RAM and 32 GB storage (expandable through the use of microSD cards). On a photographic level, this model houses a single 16 megapixel main sensor with dual-tone flash, perfect for bringing more life to low-light shooting. On the front we find a 13 megapixel sensor for selfies, which incorporates a front flash through the white illumination of the panel.
Finally, we can highlight a 5,000 mAh battery with fast charging, one of its strengths and a pure version of Android 8.1 Oreo. What does this mean? With it we will have up to 60 new emoticons and the possibility of knowing which applications consume the most battery. In addition, it allows the colors of the system to be automatically adapted to the wallpapers.
The Gigaset GS280 can now be purchased in specialized stores at a price of 250 euros in gold and brown colors.
