At the moment the only thing that is known about this mysterious device is that its product code is GT-S7500. We refer to a new phone developed by the South Korean Samsung, which through the images that have been filtered through the Panamanian website for Internet sales Find24.com. It is curious, because the author of the ad offers this mobile, acknowledging that "he has not seen it on the street yet", although he does not determine its origin.
At first glance, this Samsung GT-S7500 has the patience of a Samsung Galaxy S, although small (similar to the Samsung Galaxy Ace, which is the reduced edition of the firm's flagship that was launched on the market last 2010). This terminal, of which there has been no news in the manufacturer's roadmap, could respond to the rumor that a few months ago became known, and that pointed to the existence of a Samsung Galaxy S2 Mini in the company's plans.
In fact, if we compare the images that were leaked at the time with those that we have now known, the similarities are on the surface (within the poor quality of both captures, of course). Already then, some technical characteristics were attributed to that device that today the seller of the GT-S7500 highlights that we could understand as a Samsung Galaxy S2 Mini. That is, a five-megapixel camera with LED flash and Android 2.3 Gingerbread system.
The person responsible for this surreptitious announcement does not go into providing more technical details about the GT-S7500, limiting himself to saying that it is ready for social networks (something that at this point in the film can be understood as a platitude). At the time, the Samsung Galaxy S2 Mini that was discussed would have been presented with a 3.7-inch screen, also installing a 1.4 GHz single-core processor. It would also equip an HSDPA data connection system, capable of developing transfer rates of up to 21 Mbps in download.
At the moment, nothing is known about whether we are dealing with a prototype leaked from Samsung's offices or if we are dealing with a fraud created by a prankster. In any case, some caution should be exercised while waiting for more information to clarify the situation.
