Although nothing is specified in terms of specifications, we can guess from the images that the device has a large curved screen, probably more than 5 ″. Something totally common in Samsung mobiles today, which is increasingly betting on this type of screen. In addition, we can see at the top of what looks like a double front camera, so this model being the first to include this feature in the Korean brand. The end of one range, the beginning of another?
There are few speculations already made from this recent leak. Many think that the Samsung Galaxy A8 + 2018 could also be the Samsung Galaxy A7 2018. This would in principle be due to the technical name of the device: SM-A730F / DS. However, there is also the possibility that the name has been changed manually. Even so, the images that were leaked a few days ago about the Galaxy A7 differ from these. Its main difference with respect to this model is in the upper part of the frame, where the A7 did not have that possible double camera.
Another of the biggest speculations about the name of this terminal is the possible disappearance of the Galaxy A3 model for 2018. On the Internet it is speculated that, due to the name change, a future Samsung Galaxy S9 Mini could be presented, as a counterpart to the already rumored iPhone SE 2.
Nothing to do with its predecessor
Compared to the 2016 model, the Samsung Galaxy A8 + 2018 would be a totally different model. The first thing that stands out is the front frame of the mobile and the elimination of the bottom button. Another design change in this new Galaxy A8 + 2018 could be the layout of the side buttons, which in this case are separated on both sides of the terminal.
