More than a year has passed since the presentation of the LG G Pro 2, and the South Korean company LG seems to already have in hand what will become the successor of this mobile. Spearheaded by a six-inch screen, the LG G Pro 3 could become LG's new phablet-type smartphone. Presumably its launch would be scheduled for this year 2015, and rumors mention a starting price that would come to around a figure close to 790 dollars (that is, more than 700 euros).
If we analyze the technical specifications that have been leaked from PhoneArena.com, we will see that the LG G Pro 3 is called to become a flagship with superior characteristics even those of the recently presented LG G4. Starting with the screen, the new G Pro 3 is presented with a screen six inches to reach a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels, which would result in a pixel density of 490 ppi (a figure that, despite the size of screen, it's not that far from the 538 ppi that the G4 panel reaches).
Although the design is still unknown, there is speculation that the LG G Pro 3 may come with a fingerprint reader built into its case. Recall that the G Pro 2 arrived on the market with a design built on a plastic casing, so that at this time the question is whether LG will take advantage of this new terminal to make the leap to metal or if, instead, it will maintain a strategy similar to the one you have introduced in the G4 (plastic and leather).
All these characteristics already give us a good clue about the internal components that, if all this information is confirmed, will come to incorporate the new LG G Pro 3. We are talking about a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 4 GigaBytes of RAM, 32 GigaBytes of internal storage expandable via microSD card and the Android operating system in one of its most recent versions, Android 5.1 Lollipop. Furthermore, with respect to the multimedia section, a main chamber is also expected 20.7 megapixels and a front camera of eight megapixels.
The LG G Pro 3 is scheduled to be presented in the coming months, and it is not unreasonable to think that its price - like its technical specifications - will correspond to that of any other flagship today: more than 700 euros.
But beware, we should not confuse the LG G Pro 3 with the rumors that speak of a new LG mobile that would respond to the name of LG G4 Note. In this case, we would be talking about a variant of the LG G4 that would incorporate a 5.8-inch screen and, probably as a differentiating feature, a digital pen that would allow the screen to be controlled in a much more precise way.
