A new entry range from Samsung is about to fill that gap in the catalog occupied by cheap terminals that meet the basics. This time it is the new Samsung Galaxy A10 of which we already know some of its specifications thanks to a leak after passing through the Geekbench performance test.
The performance test was carried out on January 28 and thanks to it we can see that this terminal has the factory name Samsung SM-A150F. The new Samsung Galaxy A10 will have 2 GB of RAM, enough for the entry range in this 2019 that we have just released. It should be borne in mind that applications are becoming more and more demanding so that they can operate at full capacity but we are talking about an input range, so they are numbers that fall within what is expected.
If we take a look at the processor we see that we continue to move in the basic spectrum of mobile specifications. We will have inside the phone an eight-core processor with a clock speed of 1.35 Ghz and ARM ARMv8 architecture. A processor that we have already seen in other terminals in the house, such as the Samsung Galaxy A8 of 2018.
It is speculated that this terminal could be the first of the Korean firm to carry the Android One operating system. Android One was born in 2014 as a support, by Google, to all those low-end terminals that wanted to carry their operating system but that due to demands performance could not. It is a pure Android version to which the manufacturer cannot add anything of its own.
Another of the rumors that is gaining strength in this Samsung Galaxy A1o is that, although it belongs to the entry range, it could house the fingerprint sensor under the screen. And we could use it with Android 9 Pie from the factory although it already smells close to Android Q. At the moment there is no news of when this new Samsung entry range will appear in stores, so we will continue to inform promptly.
