These are the android mobiles with which you can play fortnite with bluetooth control and at 60 fps
Table of contents:
The Fortnite beta for Android has just been updated to version 7.30 after several weeks without doing so. In Tuexperto we have already seen some of the main novelties of this version, but without a doubt the most outstanding are the compatibility with Bluetooth controls and the possibility of playing up to 60 FPS. While the first is compatible with all Android phones, playing at 60 FPS in Fortnite is only possible on some devices selected by Epic Games. The rest of the terminals, although the hardware is capable of running the game at a similar amount of frames per second, are not compatible at the moment.
Android phones compatible with Fortnite's 60 FPS
A little over a month has passed since the update on iOS for iPhone and iPad and it finally arrives on Android. Fortnite already supports 60 FPS on Android. It does this together with improvements related to the graphic quality of the game (new quality mode called "Epic") and compatibility with external Bluetooth controls.
As with iOS, the option to run the game at 60 FPS is only compatible with some mobiles selected by the company, although this time it has more to do with commercial agreements than with their ability to run games.
Specifically, the three phones compatible with 60 FPS for Android are the following:
- Samsung Galaxy Note 9
- Honor View 20
- Huawei Mate 20 X
In addition, it is expected that terminals belonging to the same range of Samsung, Huawei and Honor will be updated with the aforementioned feature in the coming weeks. We are talking about mobiles like the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 +, the Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro and the P20 and P20 Pro. Other mobiles such as the Huawei View 20 or the Honor 10 could also be updated with the aforementioned function, as well as some models from previous years (Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus, Galaxy Note 8…).
As for the rest of the high-end devices, Epic Games has not yet echoed its intentions, however, the option is expected to be activated in the coming months. In this last aspect, it is not ruled out that it is an exclusive feature of some brands, as is the case with the Galaxy skin of the game. The rest of the models belonging to lower ranges, as in iOS, are not expected to be updated with the 60 FPS function. There is nothing confirmed at the moment, that is why we will have to wait for Epic Games to pronounce on this aspect.
