Google has not been very careful in the designs of its terminals, at least until now. The first Google Pixel terminal arrived with large upper and lower frames, in the Google Pixel 2XL history repeated itself, finally in the Google Pixel 3XL the notch arrived, but unfortunately not as the users wanted. The Google Pixel 4XL is the opportunity to redeem itself from all the past designs and it looks like Google is going to get it.
This could be the design of the future Google Pixel 4XL
On the well-known website SlashLeaks a first design or approach to the future design of the new Google terminal has been leaked. In this image we observe great changes with respect to the previous designs, in fact, if this becomes the definitive terminal we would be facing a modern appearance and according to the 2019 standards. On the front the frames would have been reduced to a minimum on all sides, the notch would disappear to be replaced by a double camera embedded in the screen. This camera reminds us of the terminals of other brands such as Samsung with its Samsung Galaxy S10 +.
As the lower and upper frames disappear, many of us wonder, what will happen to the front speakers? Google would not forget about its users and include the speakers, only that its grille would be at almost the edge of the phone. When we turn the terminal we see a divided rear, it is expected that it will continue to maintain the essence of the design of Pixel phones and have a division of color or materials. Another detail to highlight is the space for the camera, larger than normal, so we may also have a double rear camera.
So far everything we have seen is correct, but there is something missing, we do not have a fingerprint reader anywhere. Our first assumption is that the fingerprint reader will be integrated into the terminal screen, so we would not have a conventional sensor if not we would have an ultrasonic one. This could be possible and more if we see the number of terminals that have begun to integrate the sensor on the screen.
Without a doubt, this design would make future buyers of this terminal happy. There is nothing assured, Google has not ruled on the terminal they have in their hands so this might not be the final result. At the moment we can only wait for its launch or the first leaks with real images to see if Google has improved the design on its phones or continues to go it alone.
