After several weeks of rumors and leaks, Samsung has just made official what is the cheapest mobile in its catalog. We are talking about the Samsung Galaxy M01, a mobile that is in the company's access range. The terminal has just been launched in India, but everything indicates that it will arrive in Europe and Latin America in the coming weeks at a price that could be in the psychological barrier of 100 euros.

Simple design for little hands
In terms of design, Samsung has not complicated life with the Galaxy M01. The phone inherits the chassis of the brand's mobiles launched in 2019, with a body made entirely of plastic and a front that drinks from a notch in the shape of a drop of water. Its screen, of only 5.7 inches, is based on a TFT matrix with HD + resolution and a 19.5: 9 ratio. It should be noted that the terminal has a fingerprint sensor.
Betting on Qualcomm and Dolby in the input range
The company's commitment to the entry range by Qualcomm has led Samsung to install a Snapdragon 439 processor in the Galaxy M01. It is accompanied by 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. In addition, it supports expansion through micro SD cards up to 512 GB. Although perhaps the most surprising thing about the device is that it is Dolby Atmos certified, which ensures a certain quality in the sound of its only speaker.
For the rest, the phone is accompanied by a 4,000 mAh battery without fast charging. It has Android 10 under Samsung One UI 2.0 and has an FM radio and micro USB connection.
Simple cameras for a simple mobile
The photographic section of the Galaxy M01 consists of two cameras on the back of 13 and 2 megapixels. The first acts as the main sensor, with a focus aperture f / 2.2, while the second acts as an intermediary to improve the background of Portrait mode. In general, they are two very simple cameras that will help us to get out of trouble.
If we move to the front, the phone uses a single 5 megapixel camera. There is not much to note about its specifications, beyond that it has face unlock functions.
Price and availability of the Samsung Galaxy M01 in Spain
The launch of the terminal is currently limited to India. However, everything indicates that it will arrive in Spain throughout this month of June or in early July. Its price to change is about 107 euros. If we apply VAT to this value, the final price of the Samsung Galaxy M01 could be 130 euros.
