Samsung is currently working on the Galaxy S8. What will be its new flagship could be announced in the traditional Unpacked held by the company one day before the Mobile World Cogress in Barcelona. It wouldn't be too long until your departure date. According to a latest rumor, the new device would hit select markets on Tuesday, April 18. This information coincides with a previous leak that assured that it would do so during the third week of that same month.
The presumed release date for the month of April would be in line with that of the Galaxy S5 and Galaxy S6, not instead with that of the current Samsung Galaxy S7. For this model the company did its homework soon and launched it on the market in March 2016. It is true that everything went well, although the disaster suffered with the Galaxy Note 7 would have made the South Korean reconsider and take an additional month to pass with note quality assurance controls. The objective is that the Galaxy S8 reaches the hands of users without problems and without giving any type of failure.
We do not know if on April 18 Samsung would launch the phone in Spain, a country that always welcomes the star phone of the South Korean with open arms. In addition, this year it is expected with quite interesting features. According to the leaks, the device would not have a physical start button (home button), it would be integrated into the housing itself. This would not prevent the fingerprint reader from being lost, it would also be included in the touch panel itself, which would be the real protagonist. It is possible that the standard model has a size of about 5 inches, although it would arrive accompanied by a Plus versionwith 6-inch screen. Both terminals would have a curved panel on both sides, so there would be no differences like other years between the standard version and the one currently known as edge.
From SamMobile it was also recently commented that both the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8 Plus would arrive without a 3.5 mm headphone jack. This feature met last year in the new i Phone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus from Apple. Apparently it will be a trend this year in other rival devices. On the other hand, as is logical, we will see a greater power inside the Samsung Galaxy S8. The new Asian phone could have the Exynos 8895 processor, a chip that would come along with an 8 GB RAM memory, for which Samsung's 10 nm technology would be used. There has also been talk of an increase in internal storage, which would reach 256 GB, although we imagine that we can choose between other versions with different capacities. With regard to the photographic section, there is also talk of a 3D camera and not the double sensor of the current model. Everything indicates, therefore, that the company would say goodbye to this dual system.
