Android P will be the new version of Google's mobile platform. It will arrive loaded with new features, including a new design and new colors and settings. In the last hours, another feature that will be available in the system has also been filtered. Apparently, Android P will have a new audio confirmation so that we know that the device is charging correctly. In this way, we would know by sound if our phone or tablet is receiving the appropriate charge.
New sound warning for drums
Current versions of Android include an option to "Load sounds" in Settings> Sound> Sound> Advanced. The problem is that this alert is only activated when using a wireless charger. Google would have been working to improve the settings so that this notice not only occurred with this type of chargers, but also with traditional USB ones. As we say, this new option would be ready in Android P and could be activated or deactivated from the device settings.
It is true that we will not be able to avoid looking at the screen of the phone when charging the mobile to check that everything was working correctly, but having this audio warning will provide greater peace of mind to be sure that the device is charging without problems.
Just a few days ago Google officially launched the first Android P Developer Preview. This means that developers can now test the first version to launch apps and services. As we say, it will arrive loaded with news. A new, more visual and intuitive design is expected with a new settings menu, as well as a more modern notification control. Likewise, it also talks about the possibility of being able to record the sound of a call and of blocking spam calls. That is, with Android P we could block all those calls with unknown numbers that bombard us with advertising or simply with the call itself.
Everything indicates that the first beta of Android P will be ready by the middle of this month. According to the latest rumors, it could be March 14. The final version would arrive in late September or early October. We will inform you as soon as we have new news.
