If you are a customer of the Amena operator, either through a mobile line or with fiber, you will notice changes in your rate as of March 1. The Orange operator has decided to add different news for all current and new users: more data on rates and the possibility of accumulating GB for the following month. We tell you all the details.
One of the main novelties of this new change is the arrival of the accumulation of Gigas. That is to say, all customers of an Amena mobile line (except for the "pleasant at home" data only rates) , you will be able to accumulate the Gigas that are left over from their rates for the following month. For example, if during a month we have consumed 5 of our 10 GB, the remaining 5 Gigs will become a bonus for the following month. In this way, if you consume the 10 GB. Of course, if you have spent the 10 GB and not the 5 GB of the previous month, those will not accumulate the next month, but they will disappear. You will be able to see how many GB you have accumulated in the 'My Amena' customer area.
In addition to this, the operator has also increased the amount of GB from its current rates without raising the price. This change will arrive from March 1, and it will be done automatically for both new and current customers. For example, the highest rate goes from having 28 to 30 GB.
- The Rate 14.95 euros: it goes from 5GB to 12GB for the same price.
- The Rate 19.95 euros: it goes from 23GB to 25GB for the same price.
- The Rate 24.95 euros: it goes from 28GB to 30GB for the same price.
Increase in data in convergent rates
There is also an increase in GB in convergent ones (fiber + mobile).
- The Rate of 19.95 euros + Fiber (line fee of 21 euros): goes from 10GB to 12GB.
- The Rate 24.95 euros + Free Fiber ((line fee of 21 euros): goes from 28GB to 30GB.
In this case, the most basic option (4GB + Fiber) does not receive a data surge. Neither does the 6.95 mobile rate, which takes 3 GB of data. Of course, in all cases we have the possibility of adding an additional line at 50 percent.
