Much is being said about the new Redmi 7 series in recent weeks. And it is that in addition to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, other mobiles of the same brand such as the Xiaomi Redmi 7, the Redmi 7A or the Redmi Note 7 Pro will arrive in the coming weeks according to the latest rumors. This time it is the intermediate model, the Redmi 7, which has just been registered with IMDA, a well-known certification body for electronic products in China. This would end up confirming its early presentation, which is estimated for the end of this month or the beginning of the next.
The Xiaomi Redmi 7 will soon arrive in China
Or at least to Singapour, the place of origin of the aforementioned regulatory body. It was during the past week that the Xiaomi Redmi 7 was registered with the variant number M1806FLG, and it was not until today that the report was released.
As is often the case with company mobiles, the terminal registration advances the possible presentation date of the Redmi 7. And although it has not yet been confirmed by the company, the terminal could officially arrive during the Mobile World Congress or early March.
Of course, the launch will be oriented solely to the Chinese public, as it will not be until April or May when it is expected in Spain and other Latin American countries. In this regard, it is expected to be launched together with the rest of the phones in the Redmi range: the Redmi Note 7, the Redmi Note 7 Pro and the Redmi 7A.
Possible features of the Xiaomi Redmi 7
Few are the data that are known today about the Xiaomi Redmi 7. The only thing we know for sure thanks to its registration in IMDA is that it will not have a fast charge, but the typical 5V and 2A output.

As for the rest of the features, it is expected to be very similar to the Redmi 6, with a 12 and 5 megapixel double rear camera and a latest generation Mediatek processor accompanied by 3 and 32 GB of RAM and storage (a version is not ruled out with 4 and 64 GB). The screen, on the other hand, is expected to grow to 5.8 or 6 inches with the same ratio as the previous one (18: 9) and a notch integrated into the screen itself.
The price, fortunately, is known to be between 103 and 118 dollars, according to the president of the company a few weeks ago. In Spain, this could have the same price as the Redmi 6, about 159 euros with taxes included.
