We have been hearing news for days about the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, the Redmi K20 Pro that will hit the European market. Of course, also to Spain. This terminal has already been seen in the odd online store confirming its imminent launch. Now, new information reveals the day of the launch of this device that will have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chip.
The Xiaomi account in the Netherlands confirmed the launch of this device through a post on Facebook. In the post we can see an image with the name Xiaomi Mi 9T pro and the launch date: August 20, 2019. That is, in about 5 days. Although Xiaomi Spain has not confirmed anything in this regard, it is very likely that this device will also be announced in our country. Especially since there are already different stores where it can be purchased, with their respective models and prices.
Up to 465 euros for the Mi 9T Pro
The Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro will have a price that starts at 367 for the version with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. The medium model, with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, will cost about 420 euros, while the most powerful variant: 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory, will be priced at 465 euros. Thus being the most expensive model in the Mi 9 range, but also the most powerful, since unlike the normal model, it will have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor. It is the same as the LG V50 ThinQ or the OnePlus 7 Pro.
Although the Mi 9T is announced on August 20, it is likely that it will not be available until a few weeks later. Even so, we know that it will not take long to reach all users. Without a doubt, launching the Pro model a few months later and with a little difference in price compared to the normal version, is a somewhat confusing technique. There are many users who have purchased the Mi 9T and would surely prefer to pay a little more to have the Pro version with a more powerful processor.
