Although Xiaomi has been selling mobile phones in Spain for a long time, the truth is that its landing in the different operators in the country is being very progressive. More than a year ago the terminals of the Chinese manufacturer arrived at Vodafone, to do so a few months ago at Movistar. Now, finally, Xiaomi debuts in the Orange group with the sale of the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE. The "trimmed" version of the Mi 9 will be available throughout this week in the terminal catalog of all Orange group companies, which includes Jazztel, Amena, Simyo and Orange itself.
A compact upper-midrange device
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is a device designed for those looking for high-end features in a more compact device. It is equipped with a 5.97-inch Samsung AMOLED display that sports a teardrop-shaped notch at the top. This design translates into a screen-to-body ratio of 90.4%.
In addition to being compact, it is a light and thin terminal, with 7.45 millimeters thick and 155 grams of weight. It has a fingerprint reader under the screen and a glass finish with a holographic spectrum design that changes color with the incidence of light.
Inside the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor. It is accompanied by 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The set is completed by a 3,070 milliamp battery, which is also compatible with the fast charging system.
As for the photographic section, in the back we have a triple system. On the one hand, it has a 48 megapixel sensor with f / 1.75 aperture. It also has a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and f / 2.4 aperture. And finally, it has an 8 megapixel telephoto lens and f / 2.4 aperture.
On the front we have a camera with a single 20 megapixel sensor. This camera has HDR and AI system for beauty and portrait modes.
