At the beginning of the year, the Japanese Sony presented a couple of equipment that could be understood as the same device in two different formats. We are talking about the Sony Xperia Z and Sony Xperia ZL, phones with five-inch screens, thirteen-megapixel cameras and 1.5 GHz quad-core processors.
They constitute the forefront for the new high-end of the Japanese firm, and are distinguished mainly by being high-resistance smartphones that also take care of the aesthetic section in detail. The first to hit stores is the Sony Xperia Z. On February 25 we will have it in Spain for a price, in free format, of 670 euros, which will be more affordable with the help of operators. In this sense, Vodafone will be the first to deploy the offers to acquire this terminal.
His square brother will take a little longer to be seen in the shop windows. As we have learned from Unwired View, the Sony Xperia ZL will not be on sale before next April. It will be then when the European launch of this device begins, which presents different proportions on its screen while preserving the values of the Sony Xperia Z, that is, five inches diagonally that distribute a FullHD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels.
On the other hand, in addition to placing the launch of the Sony Xperia ZL on the calendar, it would have transcended the price that the terminal would reach in the free market: 600 euros, which would be slightly closer to the pockets of users with respect to the terminal that will precede the launch.
On the other hand, other details of the coming out of the Sony Xperia ZL would have been known. This device was presented in three versions according to color, namely: with white, black and red housings. They are not interchangeable exteriors, but the model that the user chooses will be the one they have to maintain, unless they put additional covers "" which are not necessary, taking into account the ability to withstand shocks from the Sony Xperia ZL "" with what we would avoid enjoying the beautiful finish of this terminal. Well, it would be the black and white versions that would inaugurate the arrival of this device. Thus, those who have looked at the third edition by color, in principle would have to keep some patience if they had to get hold of this model.
In addition to the features described, the Sony Xperia ZL stands out for the presence of a two GB RAM, as well as 16 GB of internal capacity, which can be expanded with the help of a microSD card of up to 64 GB. It has a very complete combo of connections, among which the presence of NFC, MHL compatibility from its microUSB socket with which to launch a high definition signal and, of course, Wi-Fi, 3G and Bluetooth stand out. This Sony Xperia ZL is capable of reaching ten hours of autonomy in use and will go on sale with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, being a clear candidate to get the Android 4.2 version in not too long.
