The Sony Xperia Z3 Compact has been with us for a very short time, and since its recent launch it has already received two operating system updates from the Japanese company Sony. The first of these updates (named 23.0.A.2.105) took place this week, while the second update has just starred in a certification that confirms that its distribution is practically imminent. This time we are talking about an update named 23.0.A.2.106, and again everything seems to point to the fact that it is only a small file intended to correct some errors.
Although Sony has not released any specific list with the news of this update, the errors that this new file probably seeks to solve point to the notification bar. On the net you can read some isolated comments from users of the Sony Xperia Z3 and Sony Xperia Z3 Compact that point out that the notification bar sometimes stays halfway, without going all the way to the top of the screen. Even so, it does not seem to be a general problem, so we do not know if this is the error that the new file named 23.0.A.2.106 seeks to solve.that in the coming days should begin to be distributed among the users of these two mobiles.
This update does not affect the operating system version of the Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, so this smartphone will continue to work under Android 4.4.2 KitKat version until further notice. Of course, as it was announced in the middle of last September, both the Sony Xperia Z3 Compact and the Sony Xperia Z3 will be updated to Android L (the most recent version of the Android operating system) during the first months of 2015. We do not know if this data is final, although for now we can give it a lot of credibility taking into account that SonyIt usually updates its high-end mobiles for at least six months from its market launch.
Also remember that the Sony Xperia Z3 Compact is a high - end smartphone that was officially presented during the last technological event IFA 2014, in the city of Berlin. The technical specifications for this terminal are summarized in a screen of 4.6 inches with 1.280 x 720 pixel resolution, a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 of four cores running at 2.5 GHz, two gigabytes of memory RAM, 16 gigabytes of internal storage, a main chamber of 20 megapixels, connectivity4G LTE (ultra-fast Internet), certificate IP58 of resistance to water and a battery with 2600 mAh which offers a range of between 12 and 14 hours in conversation. The Sony Xperia Z3 Compac t is available in stores for a price of 500 euros, while its older brother (the Xperia Z3) costs 700 euros.
