A new official certification has let us know that the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact from the Japanese company Sony is close to receiving a new update that, according to the first rumors, could solve the annoying problem of the persistent sound even after the last update. In addition to the sound problem, we could also be facing the definitive update that will solve the overheating problems that some owners of the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact have been suffering in recent weeks.
The sound problem dates back to the beginning of March. An update that was designed to improve the performance of the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact - and that brought with it the most recent version of the Android operating system, Android 4.4.2 KitKat - generated an error in the terminals of some users that made it difficult to play sounds from the mobile. At the beginning of April, Sonymade an official statement clarifying that it would solve the sound error in a matter of days through a new update. And only a few days later the update arrived, but it brought a little surpriseā¦ instead of solving the sound problem, it generated even more problems for users: overheating, loss of the WiFi signal, and so on.
Luckily for the owners of both the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact and the Sony Xperia Z1 and Sony Xperia Z Ultra (the other terminals affected by these errors), everything seems to indicate that the final update is already around the corner. At the end of last month we learned that there was already an update ready to officially reach these three terminals, and today's certification allows us to confirm that in a matter of a few days the official landing of this new one should take place - and, hopefully, definitive- update.
It is important that we know that the most comfortable way to download and install these updates is to wait for them to be available from the mobile itself. To check the availability of the updates we must go to the Settings application and click on the option " About the device ". From here, just click on " Operating system update " to check if there is an update available.
Let us also remember that the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact is a smartphone that hit stores at the beginning of this year 2014. This terminal is presented with a screen 4.3 inch s to reach a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels. Inside we find a processor Qualcomm MSM8974 of four cores operating at a clock speed of 2.2 GHz in company with a memory RAM of 2 gigabytes. The internal storage capacity, in addition to being expandable through an external microSD card of up to 64 GigaBytes, offers a space of 16 GigaBytes. The main camera incorporates a sensor 20.7 megapixels, while the front camera comes with a sensor two megapixels. The battery offers a capacity of 2,300 milliamps. The operating system, today, is Android in its version of Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
