The IFA in Berlin, one of the most important technology congresses in Europe, is about to start. This fair begins on September 6 in Berlin, Germany. Many of the manufacturers will take advantage of this very important framework in the telephony sector to announce their flagships for the second half of the year. Sony is one of those manufacturers, and one of the most anticipated terminals is the Sony Xperia 2. This mobile, of which we do not know many details, has appeared leaked in press images.
The terminal has been seen in great detail and with a design very similar to the previous generation. We find a square finish and a slightly matte glass back . We can see that now the camera is located on the right side, while in the previous model the module with the lenses was in the center. We see a triple camera and two sensors at the top. Image quality is not that good so we can't tell if it's a ToF sensor or laser for focus. The Sony logo will be in the center.
Fingerprint reader on the side
As for the front, it seems that it will continue to be very similar to the Xperia 1. Elongated screen with a 21: 9 format and minimal frames in the upper and lower area. The fingerprint reader will be located on the right side, along with the power button.
This Sony Xperia 2 could come with improvements in the camera, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ processor and more RAM. We could also see news in terms of video recording, as well as a model with 5G connectivity. Its price is still unknown. We will leave doubts on September 5, the date on which Sony's presentation will take place.
