Sony has always gone its own way in the mobile phone market. Their devices usually have some feature that differentiates them from the rest of mobiles that we can buy. And, as a good TV manufacturer, the screen is usually one of these characteristics. This is the case in the new Sony Xperia 10 II, which has an OLED screen with a 21: 9 format and which arrives in Spain to compete in the mid-range.
Sony has designed a quite different mobile if we compare it with the rest of the devices that are coming to the market this year. First, the Japanese manufacturer discards the hole in the screen and opts for a small frame at the top in which it places the front camera and the speaker. To keep the symmetry this frame is repeated at the bottom, so we have a design that today is very rare to see.
The design of the device is also adapted to your screen. As we said, it has a 6-inch OLED panel with a FHD + resolution of 2,520 x 1,080 pixels. On the other hand, Sony has used the 21: 9 format, which makes the mobile phone somewhat longer and narrower.
Otherwise, the Sony Xperia 10 II integrates Corning Gorilla Glass 6 glass on the front and back. It is also IP68 certified, so it is resistant to water and dust. Its weight is only 151 grams, thus far from the 200 grams of the high-end models.
Triple rear camera and Snapdragon processor
Inside the Sony Xperia 10 II we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor. This is accompanied by 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. A capacity that we can expand using a microSDXC card of up to 1 TB.
The photographic section is handled by a triple camera system. As the main lens we have a 12 MP Exmor RS sensor that offers a 77º field of view and f / 2.0 aperture. It also equips an ultra wide angle with 8 MP resolution, f / 2.2 aperture and a 120º field of view.
The rear photographic set is completed by a telephoto lens with 8 MP resolution and f / 2.4 aperture. On the other hand, the main camera is capable of recording video with 4K resolution and SteadyShot system for better stabilization.
As for the front camera, the Sony Xperia 10 II equips an 8 megapixel sensor with f / 2.0 aperture and an angle of 84º.

The new Sony Xperia 10 II is available in black and white. Today it has been put on sale for pre-order with an official price of 370 euros.
