Samsung Galaxy S10 over here, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 over there. These last weeks we are seeing several news about both devices. Just this morning we saw that a well-known Korean media confirmed the existence of three S10 models, one of them with the famous triple camera system. Now the Sammobile website hints at one of the biggest novelties of the Samsung Galaxy S10: the customization of its edges.
A few weeks ago, what appeared to be the design of the Galaxy S10 was published on the different networks in an image created through the latest leaked renders with hardly any frames on the front. This new option of the Samsung customization layer would allow us to configure their size using software.
Samsung Experience will let us change the size of the edges of the Samsung Galaxy S10
There are still a few months left for us to see the Galaxy S1o in action and news related to the Samsung terminal is already appearing. Several of these have revealed some aspects of the smartphone's hardware. This new one reveals a possible function of the South Korean firm's software layer.
As we can see on the Sammobile website, the new version of Samsung Experience would allow us to change the size of the edges of the S10. In addition to letting us configure the size of these both across the length and width of the device, Samsung would let us customize them in such a way that they adapt to the way we hold the smartphone in our hand, even if their distribution is not symmetrical. Recall that a few years ago the company itself introduced a mode that let us configure the size of the screen to use it with one hand, so the implementation of this new feature would not be entirely unreasonable.
On the other hand, taking into account the latest rumors of the Samsung Galaxy S1o screen, the new flagship of the company would have a use of almost 100% of the front with respect to the total size of the device, which would largely condition its integration as a system option in Android Settings. At the moment there is nothing confirmed, so we will have to wait until new leaks.
