On August 9, the new flagship of the Korean brand Samsung was presented in New York City. The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 thus put an end to weeks and weeks and rumors, presenting its best terminal manufactured to date (and also the highest price). 8 days after its presentation, and without having gone on sale yet, we can already find the first improvements in the form of an update for its users. What can we find in this first update of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9?
New improvements for the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 camera
This new software update comes to the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 under the code name of N960FXXU1ARH5. It has a weight of 270 MB and does not contain the security update for August, as the terminal already came with it from the factory. However, we can find other improvements, although all of them focused on improving the main camera of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. This first update brings to this terminal a function that the Samsung Galaxy S9 + does not yet have. And we have to remember that the cameras of both terminals are practically identical.
This new update to the main camera adds a switch to slow motion mode to provide users with a capture speed of 0.2 seconds to 0.4 seconds, so slow cameras can be even slower than normal, being able to capture in greater detail the movement of the scene in all its splendor.
The moment you turn on your Samsung Galaxy Note for the first time, you should have access to this new software update, through an automatic notification. If you want to verify it manually, you must enter the settings of your phone and then look for the software updates section. If it appears, keep in mind that you must be connected to WiFi to download the file, have enough battery so that it does not hang during the process, leaving your phone unusable.
